You reached out a hand to me in friendship,
and I took it.
And I'm so glad I did,
At a time in my life
when I felt i had nowhere to turn,
You were someone to turn to--
when I felt I could't go on,
you kept me going.
Through it all,
you were there beside me
with your support,
your friendship, and your love,
And I will always be grateful
for that.
